In Windows 10, my GPU model was detected to be AMD Radeon (TM) R5 M430, but I can't find any Linux (Ubuntu) driver for the same. Which driver should I install?

Question asked by subhrangshu on Apr 16, 2020

In Windows, I have installed my graphics driver by autodetect application. After that, through DirectX I have figured out that my GPU model is AMD Radeon (TM) R5 M430.

But now for my linux system, (Ubuntu or Mint), I can't find any Linux 64bit driver in AMD driver finder, it only shows for windows 10 and 7 for the given model.

How do I install graphics driver for my system? (Either Ubuntu or Mint).

Which files should I download and from where?

Please help me.
