I have reset bios to default reset cmos taken the battery out for 30 mins tried reducing speed with ryzen master. nothing has worked. Idles at 65C I have RMA board replaced power supply reseated cpu 4 times Im using a swift tech h220x water loop CPU only with a TR4 waterblock covering complete CPU. Any help would be appreciated

I use it and my processors are frosty cool
