hey guys, when the card was released reviewers said they got the 14gbps bios.... does anyone know how to get the memory speed upgrade?

If a BIOS upgrade is released for that card it will come directly from the card's manufacturer, in this case XFX, so you will need to contact them.

thanks for the quick reply....  yea i checked their website, their bios is only for cloak speeds... i thought i was missing something... do you guys have info if xfx's hardware can do 14gbps? i remember watching some reviews where they recommended XFX because it got the new bios... its sad that some costumers got left out, together with drive issues it effects trust factor hugely

Contact XFX customer support. If a BIOS is available for your model, they will give it to you.
