I bought all the components back in November of 2019 and built the system for my grandson and last night, he got a notification that there are new drivers: Both the Adrenalin 2020 Edition 20.2.2 Recommended (WHQL) from 3/5/2020 and the Adrenalin 2020 Edition 20.4.1 Optional from 4/2/2020. Neither one of them will install and will freeze the system completely up and I know there is sufficient memory as we put 16 GB of DDR4 in the computer so I am sure it's not a memory problem. Can anyone tell me what I need to do, short of putting a tech support ticket, to get this thing updated. Otherwise, the system runs just fine and he is not having any issues playing most any game or looking at anything he wants to do with the unit.
