how to remove 2 booting HDD

Hello team,

I am having a difficult situation. I hope some one can help.

When I installed windows 10 on my computer. I had 2 HDDs were installed. But I picked one HDD for windows 10. All the processes got completed successfully.  But now, if I remove the other HDD (the one doesn’t have windows 10 installed) from my computer and boot my computer says boot failure… insert disk.

Do you know how can I get rid of this issue?

Thanks!!

Get a adequate capacity USB hard disk and backup your files. Evidently your installation was setup incorrectly.

After you have cleaned that mess, get an M.2 SSD and use that for the operating system. After Windows is installed you can connect data disks which will become D: and E: etc.
