The drive installs normally, appears in the installed device manager RX 570, the program asks you to restart the machine and after restarting appears a yellow triangle verifying that the drive is not installed. It is the second card of this XFX RX 570 that I have the same problem. The board is running only one fan, as shown in the video.

Did you uninstall the old drivers and settings first...using DDU in safe mode:
