Windows won't boot after Graphics driver installation

My system specs:
CPU: Ryzen 5 3500X
GPU : 5600XT Sapphire Pulse
Mobo: b450m mortar max
Ram: trident z neo 16gb

PSU: 650W corsair CX

SSD: Samsung 860 Evo 250gb
HDD: 2TB seagate barracuda

System was working fine for a month, Suddenly my PC won't boot up. Did a fresh install of windows, etc.
However whenever I install AMD Gpu drivers, windows would go black screen, then you'll hear the usb ejected sound, then restart. It'll freeze at ARSENAL gaming. I have to boot into safe mode and DDU the graphic drivers so windows would boot again. I've tried resetting the CMOS, reseating the GPU, reseating the RAM, etc. None worked. Is my GPU dead?

Hey, I'm having the same issue.  Did you end up fixing the problem or was the GPU defective?

No way around it im afraid. I RMA'd and got a 2060 super instead.

Damn, thought as much.  Tried one last ditch attempt from Sapphire which didn't work so now I'm sending it back to my retailer for a refund.  2060 super is so expensive in Australia so I think I'll go for a 2060 instead haha.
