What was the last graphics driver that supported Power Efficiency for the Radeon VII?

I am tired of the TDR faults that the 20.2.2 drivers are having with Borderlands 3. I want to go back to an earlier driver version that supports the Power Efficiency widget.

Can try all the AMD Driver from 09/2019 to the present from here: https://www.amd.com/en/support/previous-drivers/graphics/amd-radeon-2nd-generation-vega/amd-radeon-2... 

Don't know which one has what you need.
