If your trying to use 3 monitors on this graphic card, you need the proper cable head (startpoints) to make it work, as the DVI ports are different.
top DVI-I (Dual Link) >>> Monitor 1
HDMI (or the display ports)>>> Monitor 2
bottom DVI-D (Single Link) >>>>Monitor 3
