Make it so it will show things like FPS and Temp continually updating as wallpaper so you can't accidentally click on it. It will just be there in the background.

I don't want this, srry, but noooo... I don't want anything Animated by this... This is something I would rather have being useful from a Remote location, such as for instance my AMD Link, no? It is utterly useless without it... An APP that can Manage my System GPU Readings, from a Remote Location without having to be Home...
You can always re-install Windows 7 Gadget feature on Windows 10. Then use a GPU Gadget to give constant Desktop Data on your GPU card.

Just to note, Microsoft removed the Windows 7 Gadget because they said it was a security risk. But if you download it from a reputable Gadget website it should be okay, plus I image your Anti-Virus might detect a virus or malware associated with the Gadget.
