Ryzen 5 3500U Vega 8 for 3D display

I'm going to buy a laptop with Ryzen 5 3500U with Radeon Vega 8. Question - can I connect it to a 3D monitor (TV) to view 3D content?

???
what kind of 3d content?

usually LG 3D TVs support "over/under" and "side-to-side" - and yes you can input a correct fitting file for that and simply connect it via HDMI

PC: R7 2700X @PBO + RX 580 4G (1500MHz/2000MHz CL16) + 32G DDR4-3200CL14 + 144hz 1ms FS P + 75hz 1ms FS
Laptop: R5 2500U @30W + RX 560X (1400MHz/1500MHz) + 16G DDR4-2400CL16 + 120Hz 3ms FS

Perhaps not correctly expressed. I just did not find information on this processor and its integrated video card about 3D support.

In the screenshot above, HD6790 has such a parameter, but Vega 8 does not...

... the Vega8 can do 3D
But what you want is not 3D - you want either two images of 2D combined to a 3D
there are 3 ways to do that:
1. Over/Under (has to be supported by TV)
2. Side-by-Side (has to be supported by TV)
3. 2 fullsize Images in one File (has to be supported by TV & Player)(so here you have 2 video streams in one file)

now it depends what your TV supports
also what input file you have and what Player you use!

ps all the GPU does is taking video and decode it and send it to HDMI port (it doesnt matter if 3d or 2d)
pps the HD6790 uses 150W while the Ryzen 5 3500U has 25W total including CPU - so the Vega 8 is way better!

Thank you very much for the clarification! 3D movie playback conditions will be the same as on the old Lenovo g505s A10-5750m and HD 8650G laptop, PowerDVD player, lg 42lb658v-ze TV with 3d.
