I just bought this card yesterday to our local computer supply shop. After install the drivers for this card, everytime I open the AMD Control Panel(Adrenalin 2020 Edition 20.2.1) the screen goes black like it crashes or something and then it restarts for a couple of minutes(sometimes It doesn't restart you need to force restart it). Not just control panel every game installed to my PC it crashes. Tried Older drivers such as(Adrenalin 2019 Edition 19.9.1) but it do no good.

- 8GB RAM
- Motherboard: Emaxx a320
- PSU: DOSS DS-500W PSU 80+ ATX SWITCHING MODE
- Graphics card: AMD Sapphire Pulse RX560 2GB DDR5 OC
Experts could you verify if this is a hardware issue?
