PCN for part number 'AM188ER-40VD\W' from AMD?

 I know the LTB date was jun 20,10, but I can't find the PCN anywhere.

Googled that part number and several Parts company sells that AMD part:

Found a Data PDF on that particular family of AMD part. I have attached it to this post for you to take a look at it if interested.

must be a very old piece of hardware to repair, the core logic is DOS era with 80186/80188 compatibility

prices seem to be under $20 but solder rework equipment will cost a few pesos more
