wx4100 - problem

I bought a GPU Wx4100 to install on my desktop with OS Win 10 64 bits Pro. I use a monitor Dell model E2211Hc with mini-dp to HDMI.

However I don't have any kind of image only black screen.

The monitor was working perfectly with my old GPU.

Not sure it could be card problem. It could be he adapter is not compatible. I know the AMD cards need them to be "ACTIVE" adapters. 

If you have any other way you can hook up this monitor with another cable or to another monitor. I would test to make sure the card works.
