Hi everyone, first post here as I just bought a pc

From the first day that I got the pc I had 2 problems

Problem 1: when I press the power button to start the pc, the pc boots properly ( i guess ) all the peripherals ( mouse, keyboard work ) sound works fine BUT I get black signal in my monitor. So, I close my pc by holding the power butto, then open it again and everything works fine including the signal in my monitor.
Problem 2: I can play all games that i downloaded very well with no problems, except Apex. After a few second in a game it crashes and forces restart. Happens every time.
 Anyone got any idea what it is or have any similar experience?

CPU AMD RYZEN 5 3600 3.60GHZ 6-CORE 

2 x RAM PATRIOT PVS48G320C6 VIPER STEEL SERIES 8GB DDR4 3200MHZ

Radeon rx 5700

problem 1

go to bios by clicking del or F2 when you're start pc thane

go to the exit and reset to default

that will reset all sting in bios to default and delete anything you do like overclocking or something else

than make sure boot option1 it's the hdd or ssd you're os on it

problem2

try reinstall apex

problem 2, see if you can return the 5700 xt and get an Nvidia card.  I am having a lot of crashes also.
