5700xt driver update through Radeon Software

Hello,

I would like to know what is the best way to update a graphics driver. I'm using a 5700xt and I'm currently running the version 19.12.3. Should I update through Radeon Software to the suggested version 20.1.3 or I have to use an app called Download Display Driver Uninstaller - DDU, to first uninstall the old version and then proceed to the installation of the latest? What if I don't update at all since I'm not experiencing any big issue at the moment.

If you're not experiencing any issues, there is no reason to update your drivers.

When playing R6 siege I'm experiencing the same issue with this guy over here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CJIq8zV_WU8&list=LLGzcJrq9HRmTAbSvLHhxMFg , so I was wondering if the driver update would fix this.
