You have mixed sticks of RAM which will be causing your issues.
You cannot mix RAM like that.
They need to be identical sticks from the same manufacturer.
Try removing 2 of the sticks and having just 2 identical ones.
You will need to read your manual to see which slots just 2 go into but it's usually A1 & B1 or A2 & B2.
Also check your RAM is listed on your motherboard's QVL to ensure full compatibility.
Your CPU is also held back by the RAM speed.
You want at least 3000 MHZ.
