RX 5700 XT Graphics Card Help

Hey so recently I've switched from a gtx 1060 6gb to a rx 5700 xt and performance has remained relatively the same as my previous graphics card. I don't know what the problem is but with my old graphics card I didn't run into many problems regarding screen stuttering or lag. In minecraft the screen would glitch sometimes and the 1000+ fps I was previously getting is only around 150 or so. In Apex Legends my game has to be capped at 144 because of my monitor but youtube reviews of the graphics card benchmark it at around 200 fps or so. I've tried everything I could by deleting all the drivers and redownloading them but nothing seems to work. PLEASE HELP.

Go to the Userbenchmark site, benchmark your system and compare all your hardwares with the averages of other users. I would also want to specify that high FPS is not always achieved with a GPU upgrade only. Your other hardwares should also be eligible for higher FPS.
