Ever since driver 19.12.3, I am encountering a very specific issue in RAGE 2. Whenever I disable vsync, the entire game starts acting very strange and flashing colors and wrong colors. But with vsync enabled, it goes away. I prefer to stay on updated drivers but everything after 19.12.2 causes this. My gpu is fine on every other game, and I am not overclocked.
