Hello, im having an issue with my Powercolor Redragon RX 5700, the clock always stays low (500mhz-1000mhz) in some games, in CoD MW for example, it runs very well, it uses 1750mhz, but in CSGO or Black Desert runs very bad, with 500 or 800mhz only. 

Anyone with this issue?

Which drivers are you using? Have they been updated or rolled back recently?

You may want to try enabling V-Sync for older games and make sure you are running them in full screen mode, as opposed to windowed full screen. If there is no change, I suggest unloading all display drivers and installing the latest package. I don't have a 5700 XT to test, but it sounds to me like a game-side issue.

Its AMD's trash powerplay downclocking the GPU.

It cant be fixed so RMA ASAP.
