I just bought an Rx 5700 Sapphire Pulse

I just bought an Sapphire RX 5700 Pulse, my previous GPU was Asus Strix RX 470 4GB. Well here's the think,i cant see boot menu with the new card, and i have an message saying: "the current input timing is not supported by the monitor display please change your input timing to 1920X1080 60HZ". But when windows are complete loading my monitor{Dell SE2717H} message suddenly dissapears and i log on. If i put my previous card i can see and interact with boot menu, but with the new card...

Well that's a weird problem. Only with the RX 5700 i lose my bios, with my previous RX 470 i can see and operate in everything. I was reading coments about driver or card's issues, but not to the point i cant operate my own bios! Solution MUST be found, it's 350E gpu!
