i am getting mini stuttering , stuttering and fps drop in almost every game i played.Any driver haven't fixed this problem.
One of my friends said that when playing 60hz (native 1080) had the same problem as you but so far so good at 1440p/144hz
it looks like a bottleneck but my system enough to handle rx 5700xt. İ dont have any problem with my gtx1060
