After upgrading an operating system from WIN7 to WIN10, no screen display is transferred to an HDMI jack. The video card is ATI Mobility Radeon HD 3470 [Acer] and the driver is  ATI Mobility Radeon HD 3400 Series

The graphics are too old...all support and updates come from Windows update now.

Do you have any yellow marks in Device manager?

Yes. I have a yellow marks in Device manager. I tried to update the driver and the answer was that the best driver is already installed.
