I just completed a new build which consists of the following:
Louqe Ghost S1 Mk II Case
Gigabyte AORUS X570I WiFi Pro Motherboard
Ryzen 5 3600 CPU
32 GB RAM, 500GB M.2 NVMe SSD
Corsair SF600 SFF PSU
XFX Radeon RX 5700 Graphics Card
A fresh install of Windows 10 Pro build 1909 64-bit
Trying to install AMD Adrenalin 2020 Software/Driver 19.12.3
Device Manager reports code 43. Radeon Software reports No AMD Driver installed.
Have gone back and forth with AMD support regarding proper cleaning/installation procedures with no success. OS is up to date, BIOS is up to date (version F11) Have leveraged DDU and AMD Cleanup Utility, safe mode and no networking as instructed.
Saw guidance elsewhere that PCIe 4.0 and riser cables, which the Ghost S1 Case uses, could be incompatible, so I've set the PCIe mode to 3.0 via MB BIOS.
Would just like to get a version of the 5700 Driver Loaded to do something more than browse the web... Any help/insight would be appreciated.
