Graphics Cards

The GPU has been working great although only with R6S and FurMark artifacts sometimes(only recently), ususally when R6 loads the match in the beginning of a round. With other more demanding titiles this doesnt occur (Forza Horizon 4, Battlefield V, Just Cause 4...)... any help? Also I have been testing a bit and in Furmark it only happens at 1080p ( my monitor's resolution )

My specs:

i5 9600k @4.4GHz

z370 MSI mobo

16GB 3000MHz ram

Nox NX750W PSU

and a case with good ventilation

the artifact that occurs is that I still hear the game as if it was going on (in R6s if there is a song or something) and the screen is just like in the picture i have linked
