I have a RX580 8G, 16GB RAM, everything is above the recomendations of game, and it simply doesn't run. It starts, open the inicial configuration screen, the you select to run the game, and... black screen, then it back to Steam interface.
 Anyone with the same problem?

Hi, i have an rx 5700xt with ryzen 3700x, 16gb ram 3000MHz and 850w plus gold, and the problem is exactly the same, black screen and then close.. until now is the only game that i have issues... before i owned an 1050 ti and the game worked fine... i bought this graphic card instead 2070 super because my system is amd, but im starting regreat this decision, i really want play that game...

I don't have this game but performance tests show that it uses DX11 and has 60 FPS cap. The game could be forced the GPU to 60 hertz, also it may be affected by Radeon Image Sharpening. Try running the game borderless fullscreen. If the problem is not game windowing, send a report to AMD... https://www.amd.com/tr/support/contact-email-form

If the problem appeared after updating the driver, 
then at the moment only a rollback to a later version will help
