Graphics Card:

AMD Radeon RX 580

Operating System:

Windows 7

Driver Version Installed:

Display Devices:

I don't know how to check some of these.

Monitor: LG, VGA Cable, 1920x1080, 59hz

TV: Samsung, HDMI Cable, 1360 x 768, 30hz

MSI MS-7821

Intel i7-4770k CPU

32 GB

I just recently installed a new Graphics card and the driver but there's a Yellow triangle with an exclamation point next to AMD High Definition Audio Device along with a couple others in my Device Manager:

The main thing I'm concerned with is the AMD High Definition Audio Device because I have a TV connected via HDMI cord and sound wont work on it. I read online that the yellow triangle next to AMD Log Utility Driver is just a Windows 7 bug and it works fine. But I don't know how true that is. As for the Unknown Device, I have no idea what it is or how to find out.

I've already tried the following:

Reinstalling Drivers

Right click --> Update Driver Software:

AMD Log Utility Driver & Unknown Driver:

AMD High Definition Audo Device:

Right Click --> Scan for Hardware Changes:

AMD Log Utility Driver:

Unknown Device:

AMD High Definition Audio Device:
