When i go to the official amd website it says that my graphics card driver is 15.7 but when i download it its 15.3

Those two AMD Driver are legacy drivers for Legacy or Non-Supported GPUs.

Catalyst AMD Driver package 15.7.1 should have Driver version 15.2 : (From Release Notes)

The AMD Catalyst™ Software Suite, AMD Catalyst™ 15.7.1 driver contains the following:

  • AMD Catalyst™ Display Driver version 15.20.1062

while Crimson AMD Driver Package BETA should have driver version 15.3: (From Release Notes)

Package Contents
The AMD Radeon Software Crimson Edition 16.2.1 Beta Driver for non GCN products contains the following:

  • AMD Radeon Software Crimson Edition 16.2.1 Beta Driver for non GCN Products Version 15.301.1901

Seems like you installed Crimson 16.2.1 BETA and not the 15.7.1. To double check, go to Device Manager - Display under Driver and see what version is installed.
