Depends on the Motherboard Model you have installed. Both 300 & 400 Series Motherboards can be upgraded to Ryzen 3rd Generation Processors but they must have the correct BIOS/UEFI version to support it by the manufacturer.

If you know the Manufacturer and Model number of the Motherboard installed in your CyberTron PC CLX Set, then you can go to the Motherboard's Support site and find out all compatible CPUs with the correct BIOS/UEFI versions needed to support the processor.

If the Motherboard is a custom made Motherboard or if it doesn't show the CPU Compatible list, then you will need to contact CybertronPC Support to find out which CPUs is compatible with the motherboard you have installed.

Even though your Motherboard has an AM4 Socket (Ryzen Processor Socket) and a 3rd generation processor will fit in without problems, but without the proper BIOS/UEFI version installed to support it, it won't boot up.

I went to CybertronPC Configuration Support site and it does sell PCs with 3rd generation Processors. But again depends on the motherboard and the BIOS/UEFI version installed.

Also you need to make sure your PSU will be powerful enough to supply power if you upgrade the GPU card.
