In the link below you can see that WWE2K19 is not working with the newest driver (Radeon Software Adrenalin 2020 Edition 19.12.3), it crashes in the beginning of the game. However, when I use an old version of this driver (shown in the video too), it's works flawlessly. The video card test is a Sapphire Radeon 580 Nitro+

I've been having some stuttering in some games such as Rainbow 6 Siege and Apex legends with my Sapphire 5700 XT Pulse with this newest driver too.

Same for me, I cant run any of my games after the update  Still have no idea how to fix it

- A limited number of games such as Nioh™, Dragon Quest Builders 2™, WWE™2K20, Dead or Alive 6™ and Atelier Ryza™ may crash or fail to launch.

The newest AMD Adrenalin 2020 20.1.3 driver fixed this issue and now it's possible to play this game without any problem, I tested it.
