I rolled back driver version to 19.5.2 since 19.12.2 is completely broken for CSGO, two days later I noticed it's showing 19.20 instead which is a Linux driver while my system is Windows 10 (64)

It's actually pretty stable on voltage and clocks and the performance is pretty much the same.
Is having a Linux driver on a Windows 10 safe on a hardware level?
