HDMI scaling not avalible after updating to Adrenalin2020

HDMI scaling is no longer an option for my primary moniter after updating to

Driver Version
19.50.02-191204a-349781C-RadeonSoftwareAdrenalin2020

this option was avalible prior to the software change.

it has become avalible for my second moniter (not an option prior to change)
