I have updated my window before that my hd8970m was working fine but after that it showed up in device manager but now its completely gone and is not showing up in divice manager

I am using dell e6440 it has an amd 8970m. The problem is that the videocard is not showing up in device manager at all it is not being that dont know why .. please tell me what is the reason i am currently using intel as amd is not showing up

For laptops with Intel/AMD graphics:

 

1. Download and save to the desktop the correct AMD drivers for your laptop.

2. The Intel graphics drivers should be the latest offered by Intel Support.

Use their 'Driver Download Tool' to get the latest version. These must be installed before the AMD drivers.

i have already done that but the amd video controller is not even showing

up inside the device manager
