My 3700x RMA is stuck in Dutch customs for 2 weeks, what can I do? RMA window is only getting shorter!!
I've sent my RMA approved CPU to provided address but it still hasn't been delivered.
Send an email to the AMD email address when you RMAed your processor and let them know what is going on or open a AMD Warranty ticket with your RMA ticket number and let them know if you can't reach them any other way.
Maybe they can extend RMA window or offer a suggestion on what to do. You might want to upload any information showing your processor stuck at Dutch Customs as proof.
