Threadripper 3990X Confirmed - 64 Cores, 128 Threads, Socket TRX4

AMD was going to wait until January to announce it, but MSI revealed this shot in a promotional video showing a task manager shot of 8x14 CPU threads (128), so AMD confirmed it in in fact the high end next generation Threadripper model. Clocks and prices are unknown, but we do know it will be Zen 2 based, has a 280w TDP, 288MB cache, and 128 PCIe 4.0 lanes.
