R5 3600 crashing on idle and gaming

My Setup follows:
Case Phanteks Eclipse P350X Tempered Glass
Ryzen 5 3600

B450 TOMAHAWK (non MAX)

RAM G.SKILL Flare X 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4-3200MHz CL14

GPU MSI GeForce RTX 2060 Ventus 6G OC

PSU Corsair Vengeance Series 650M 80PLUS Silver Semi Modular

Hey guys, been having some problems, specially while playing APEX:Legends, my system either crashes the game or BSOD like 5 times in each hour playing.
I've bought this system in July and had to update the BIOS to make it work with the 3600. the first BIOS never crashed or BSOD on nothing, the only difference i noticed were the voltage spikes and the temperatures a little over the top. As soon as the new BIOS were getting out, i updated them (only the stable one's) and the BSOD started. Nowadays i am using the 7C02v1B version and the crashes continue on APEX:Legends, specially on D3D11 games, the system simply blows up on BSOD.
What can it be?! Bad CPU or Mobo?
I tested with different RAM and different GPU and the problem persists. Any ideas on how to pass this problem? Thanks

I have the same problem on Tomahawk MAX.

This issue started after I updated BIOS to Agesa 1.0.0.3abba (every BIOS below that is perfectly stable for me).

The only workaround solutions: Bios downgrade (obviously) and turning off SMT on newer BIOS versions (currently testing).

Rig:

SAPPHIRE NITRO+ RX 5700 XT

Corsair Vengeance LPX, 3200MHz, CL16

Ryzen 5 3600

B450 TOMAHAWK MAX

SeaSonic Focus Plus Gold 750W

I only had bsod on idle with my b450 tomahawk non-max and ryzen 3600. I RMA'd the mobo and cpu and they replaced the cpu. Everything works fine now with default settings. I advice you do the same. Good luck!

I have my settings on default, eaven XMP is off.

My crashes are on idle (rarely) and on gaming, specially during

APEX:Legends intensive gaming.

Temp's are really good, with the CPU never passing the 78ºC. GPU and RAM is

ok since i tried with different one's and it crashed anyway.

The problem might be on Mobo or CPU, but all the tests i performed came out

clean.

Damn
