Display "no signal"

Hi. Im using old Asus p223w display. My pc is - radeon rx560 Sapphire 2 gb, 8 gb ddr3 1600 ram, Intel i3 4170 cpu. 1st i was using radeon-software-crimson-relive-17.4.4-apr27 for windows 7 64 and everything was fine, if i update gpu driver to any, absolutely any new version when im playing any game, my display just turns off, no signal, and i must to reboot pc cos i cant turn it back on. Few weeks ago i changed my pc to - ryzen 5 1600, 8 gb ddr4 ram 2600, and same radeon rx560 Sapphire 2 gb and same display Asus p223w and now i m using windows 10 64,  i updated to lates gpu dirvers but still in games i have this "no signal" error. Can i somehow fix this or can i find this old radeon-software-crimson-relive-17.4.4-apr27 for windows 10? Thanks in advance.

you need to update windows

as for the back no signal, this seems to be a windows problem as it appears in several cards besides mine

when that happens reset is the only recourse

Thank you.
