30 Hz only at 4k Monitor since 19.11.1 (R9 390)

I wanted to prepare my PC for Jedi Fallen Order, so I updated my GPU with the 19.11.1 and the 19.11.2 driver, respectively. The problem is that since the 19.11.1 driver update I'm unable to run my system at 60 HZ, because it's locked at 30 on any resolution. The last time I had this problem was when i bought my 4k monitor. The reason for it was that the R9 390 doesn't have HDMI 2.0  but thankfully it has DP 1.2, which had fixed the problem up until these new drivers.

So is there any fix or solution than reinstalling the 19.9.2 driver, which is the newest driver that does not cause this issue on the one hand but isn't supporting Jedi Fallen Order on the other hand?

Did you check your monitor setting?

Yes, I checked it. Using 19.9.2 allows me options up to 60 Hz. With 19.11.1 or 19.11.2 it's only up to 30 Hz. Untitled.png

I’m having the same issue. Driver 19.9.2 gives all refresh rates up to 60hz when using DisplayPort. With all the newer drivers 10.x and 11.x only gives up to 30hz. R9 390x with Windows 10.

Really need a fix for this as newer drivers are needed for new games.
