Hi, everyone,

It`s been a week that I have built up my new rig and the PC has been constantly crashing mainly when I'm watching videos on Youtube or playing some games. I'm in the early stages of figuring out what the problem is. I asked Microsoft for some help, but I haven't receive any answer yet. So I thought I might ask here in this forum since I noticed a lot of people are facing some issues with the new Ryzen 3000 processors.

I looked at the Event Viewer and the error is:

Source: Kernel-Power

Event ID 41

Task category: (63)

My PC specs:

GPU: Galax RTX 2070 Super Triple fan

CPU: Ryzen 7 3700x

Motherboard: Asrock X570 Steel legend

RAM: G.Skill 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4 3600Mhz

PSU: XFX XTR2 750w

Operating System: Windows 10 Pro

I looked at the temps and I think they are fine for this kind of processor since I noticed a lot of people commenting about high temps. My temps are hovering around 45-65° with some spikes to 72°. When I play games the temps hover around 75-85° depending on the game.

Here's my setup: Fans: 1 120mm x back, 2 140mm and 1 120 x front - I mounted the AIO on top of the case with the fans out of the case because it's a Panzer Max case and there's no way to mount the fans inside the case.

I'm a bit lost and I have no idea what that might be.

Could anyone help me out with this?
