I am no RPR developer but I can tell you that hue/sat doesn't work. It has been request for a long time.

Some Blender nodes from Cycles not optimized for RPR yet and now the final result could be not as expected if compare the result with Eevee\Cycles, because they affect to render speed. When the current node will be optimized - you get the same result as Eevee\Cycles have. Thank you
