when play some have i have some frame drops so i check the wattman , and this hapen mi gpu clock and power they go down ( i dont have thermal throttling) please help

what is the game you are playing ? what are the settings of the game ? do you have this behaviour in all games ?
what are the wattman options you have enabled ( chill , hdr, freesync etc) ?
are your drivers up to date ?
