I use a lot of open source tools including Blender. I noticed on their website that AMD has now become a patron of the package. This will allow the Blender to remain in focus as open source depends on corporate support.
Blender runs well on my RX 480 and I am able to work with large models fine. This is one area where more VRAM is very helpful.
Respect to AMD for supporting open source. Without your generous support open source could never become the powerful choice it is now.
