At what temps were your M.2 Drives running at when you were having this problem? cause its been known that some of these M.2 drives can start to crawl if they get too hot and dont have any proper heatsinks to cool them. and what Agesa version (abb or abba?)/PowerPlan are you currently using at this time and did you change anything inside the Bios and if so, what changes are they.

Also have you tried it on a bare bones up to date fresh windows install without any other software running other than the Chipset/GPU drivers and whatever else the game needs to run, just for testing purposes to see if the problem persists.

Привет имею данную видеокарту тянет неплохо все. Связка 3600 x470 и rx5700xt red devil c памятью 3600 мгц. В игре Metro Exodus залочил фпс на 60 играю на ультре все отлично если не лочить на 60 то тянет 98-120 но будет прогреватся температура до 80+ что думаю горячо.Имею большой корпус с воздушным охлаждением внутри 5 шт 140 мм кулеров. На данной видеокарте нужно обязательно ставить ограничение в фпс иначе она будет давить максимум что может либо в драйвере amd Либо например MSI Afterburner(там идет riva). А так купил себе 144 монитор но видеокарта в full hd не потянет конечно Metro Exodus в 144 гц. И заметил еще такое что если у тебя будуьт игры где фпс будект скакать сильно и ты его не зафиксируешь возможно будет свист от видеокарты что свистит не знаю но после фиксацию фпс до 144 в драйвере звук исчез. Так что тонкая настройка и немного гемороя и получается нормальная карта.
