My OS is Win 10 and my graphic card is Radeon R9 270, graphic driver ver. 19.20 Adrenaline. Now I have a problem with Black Desert Online cause game's fps is blocked with my graphic card by 60 fps in any video settings.This brakes BDO physics an make me weak against players who have NVidia cards. They solve this problem easily with vsync optimisation disabling, but for Radeon this option do nothing useful for BDO.
Is it possible to solve this problem without buying NVidia graphics?
