I'm using Blender with RPR(version 2.0.112) on my Mac mini 2018 running macOS Mojave 10.14.6(18G103), with blackmagic egpu(rx580). Days ago, I noticed that blender suddenly dies when I tries to use some kind of materials. After doing some experiments, I could figure out what was causing this issue. The minimal conditions to reproduce this bug was ColorRamp node. Every time I connected 'Color' or 'Fac' output of 'Noise texture' node and 'Fac' input of 'ColorRamp' node (of course only when using RPR for renderer), blender crashed with error. I hope this error to be fixed on future versions, since RPR is currently my only option for using GPU rendering with blender.
