just purchased a radeon rx 5700 and it seems to preform very poorly in low usage games such as league of legends. my previous gpu was a gtx 1050ti and it ran league at 150+ fps and now it my 5700 im lucky to get 90 fps. is there any way to set a minimum clock speed or frame rate? it seems as though the gpu will throttle itself and drop clock speeds and frame rate just because it is a low usage game because i can get crazy frame rates while playing borderlands 3.
