I bought a Ryzen 5 2400g and when I install the site video driver and open any game the screen is full of color pixels, but this only happens in games if I use ALT + TAB the screen is normal but not in games

I bought a Ryzen 5 2400g and when I install the site video driver and open any game the screen is full of color pixels, but this only happens in games if I use ALT + TAB the screen is normal but not in games. 

I already updated the BIOS to the latest version, already went to the configuration of integrated graphics in bios and released more memory and none of that solved.

reboot if that happens again, not sure if that is windows or the driver or possibly a system fault
