Problem with r5 m430 graphics card

Bought a laptop (HP - 15-ba090ur) in 2016, previously did not pay attention to the problem of discrete graphics card m430, but now decided to take it apart. The problem is that when installing drivers on this video card from AMD, the name of the video card changes to r5 m330, and this video card does not want to work in games, the load on it does not go. If you install HP drivers, the name of the graphics card will correspond to reality, but the graphics card will not work in games again.
The given Laptop really is not created for modern games, it is I understand, but when in game 2002 Warcraft III, fps does not rise above 30 it is abnormal, also in other old games (Stalker, Metro). The same problem with the game Dota 2, which in theory should work fine, as watched various tests of this video card, some even play in GTA 5 c 30-40 fps. This problem has been noticed in many people and I'm not the first one to ask this question, but the solution was never found. Only the built-in graphics card works, the whole load is on it
