After updating to 19.9.2 I can no longer get 1440p

I have been running driver version 19.2 for the longest, and I just clean installed 19.9.2 and now I dont get the option for 2560x1440 in windows or my radeon drivers.

Make sure the new drivers did not change your computer refresh rate from 60hz to 59.

Do you have VSR enabled?

In my display settings is says 60hz and the box for hide modes this monitor can't display is greyed out, also the option for enable VSR is greyed out. I must add that my GPU has no DVI ports so I use an HDMI to DVI adapter because my monitor only has VGA and DVI inputs.
