3400G Unable to Wake Display from Sleep (VGA/HDMI)

Question asked by ethernet_warrior on Oct 2, 2019

Thanks for taking the time to read my post.

As stated above,  my Ryzen 5 3400G is unable to wake the display from sleep. The computer wake, but no display signal. Restarting the machine will give me a display signal again, but once the machine sleeps, I lose it. Of course, already checked to make sure the correct driver is installed. Has anyone experienced issues similar to this on the 3000 series APUs?

PC Specs:

R5 3400G

Asus A320M-k [with the latest UEFI (rev. 5220)]

8GBs Corsair DDR4

Windows ver. 1903 (fully updated)

Known-good Asus monitor/tested with both VGA & HDMI

Thanks, Wyatt
